What does ToneUP do?

ToneUp’s active ingredient has been shown in clinical trials to positively alter a person’s body composition by decreasing fat and increasing muscle, without lifestyle change.

Is ToneUP® a weight loss product?

No, ToneUP® is not a weight-loss product – rather it's the first body composition change formula.

What is meant by body composition?

Body composition refers to the proportion of Fat (Adipose tissue) to Muscle in your body.

How much fat will I lose?

Results will vary from person to person depending upon each individual’s metabolism. Of the 84 persons in a clinical trial the average was a loss of 3.1kg of fat over 30 days. (1)

How much muscle will I gain?

Again, results will vary somewhat from person to person. Of the 84 persons in a clinical trial the average muscle gain was 2.1 kilograms.

What about Stamina and Fatigue?

This too will vary from person to person, in the same study those taking the medicine improved significantly by 40% (physical fatigue) and 45% (mental fatigue) according to scores on the Wessely and Powell scale. (1)

How long will it take for ToneUp to work?

Because each of us has a different metabolism, some people will notice a fast result whilst others will take longer. After 30 days you should be noticing the benefits of ToneUp in terms of your energy levels, muscle mass and fat mass.

What will a change in body composition look like?

1 kg of fat occupies more space in your body than 1 kg of muscle - 18% more in fact. So if you lose 1kg of fat and gain 1kg of muscle your body measurements will reduce, but your weight will stay the same. (2)

How often do I take ToneUP®?

ToneUP® recommended dosage is twice daily.

How long should I be taking ToneUP®?

It depends on what your goals are. We recommend a minimum course of 30 days of treatment. At the end of this period, you can assess how much progress you have made towards your goals and decide whether you need to continue.

Do I have to sign up for a certain period or fill out paperwork before I buy it like some programs insist on?

No.  There are no contracts or commitments involved, just purchase ToneUp when you wish.

What if I forgot to take it or take it inconsistently?

If you forget to take your ToneUP, don’t take twice as much next time. ToneUP is formulated so that your body takes up the most effective dosage. Taking two sachets at once will bring no extra benefit. If you take the product inconsistently it will still have some effect, but the product will not be as effective as it would be when taken as directed.

Do I take ToneUP® with food?

ToneUP is best taken without food.

 I am on a low sodium diet? How much sodium is in ToneUP®?

 A single dose of ToneUP® contains 197.3mg of sodium which should be taken into account by those on a restricted sodium diet. 

Does ToneUP® contain any artificial flavours?

No ToneUP® contains no artificial flavours.

Does ToneUP® contain gluten?

ToneUP® is gluten-free.

Does ToneUP® contain lactose?

ToneUP® does not contain lactose.

Does ToneUP® contain artificial sweetener?

There are no artificial sweeteners in ToneUP® - No Saccharin sodium, No Aspartame.

Does ToneUP® contain any artificial colourings?

No. ToneUP® contains no artificial colourings.

If ToneUP® contains no artificial colourings, what makes it pink?

The pink colour comes from natural colourings used in the formulation.

Does it contain a preservative?

ToneUP® is free of preservatives.

Does ToneUP® contain any stimulants?

No. ToneUP® does not contain stimulants of any kind.

Can I take ToneUP® during pregnancy?

Yes, ToneUP® can be taken as directed during pregnancy. We strongly recommend you consult your healthcare profession before commencement.
